Shipping Information

FREE shipping only applies to artificial turf products shipped to a business or commercial cargo terminal on orders above $450. Any order shipped to a residential area will incur a $99 fee. This fee is a sub charge charged by the shipping company to deliver turf rolls into a limited residential area. Residential delivery does not include offloading the product from the truck, driver may assist you also the customer MUST contact the freighter if a scheduled delivery time is requested.

Most of our customers to avoid the $99 fee prefer the turf roll delivered to a business or shipping terminal. We recommend our customers who require a residential delivery to let us know before you place the order.

PLEASE note this $99 fee is a STANDARD POLICY with all freight carriers NOT OURS.

Deliveries to commercial usually take 7-10 business days for residential deliveries take 2-4 extra days. Carriers do not deliver during weekends.

Order Cancellation and Returns

Shipping artificial grass rolls with freight companies is expensive and restocking product is expensive as well.

Please note that all orders will begin processing immediately after you place your order for your convenience and we cannot change items on existing orders. If you need to cancel your order after placement, contact our customer service department within 1 business day. Cancellation requests after that time will incur in 25% restocking fee plus freight cost.

Once orders are placed, payment has been received and turf roll has been shipped, all sales are done. If some extreme circumstance arises and you need to return products, the restocking fee is 25% plus the freight costs. This is all very expensive and 100% satisfaction is our goal. Artificial Grass Web does all it can before shipment to ensure your order will be delivered on time and intact.

Customers may return products, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The product(s) are unused and in their original package and condition.
  • The product(s) are shipped at the customer’s expense to the following address provided by the Seller and postmarked within 30 days of the date you initially received your shipment.
  • The original invoice and packing slip must be included in the package (no copies accepted).

We set up return freight and credit the difference to the credit card used in your order less the 25% restocking fee and the return freight costs after the product has returned in original condition to our location.
